Roy posses more than 20 years experience in IT, digital advertising and sales in various multinational companies in Indonesia. Prior to joining Twitter, Roy served as Chief Executive Officer for Okezone (MNC Group), where he was instrumental in improving their business by redesigning, improving focus on some important areas for growth, to increase its position in the Top 5 sites for news, sports and entertainment. He was also part of the Board of Directors for MNC New Media, a task force established to prepare the company to explore new business media. PriorĀ  to Okezone, he was the Country Manager of Yahoo! Indonesia, and has won numerous awards from the media, as well as increasing market growth to reach double-digits. Prior to joining Yahoo! Indonesia, Roy worked at IBM and Microsoft Indonesia, where he received various internal and external awards for his achievements for the company.
Roy graduated from Institut Sains & Teknologi Nasional (ISTN) and earned a Masters Degree of Marketing Management from University of Indonesia.
